Contact us

Write to hello@senpatterns.com. We reply within 5 working days. We cannot give medical advice, but we can help with anything to do with the app.

Ideas and problems can also go on the feedback board in Settings, where other parents can vote on them.

Subscriptions

Managing or cancelling

A subscription bought in the app is managed in the App Store or Google Play. Only Apple or Google can cancel it.

Deleting the app, or your SEN Patterns account, does not cancel a subscription bought in a store.

Restoring a purchase

If you subscribed on a phone and SEN Patterns shows the Free plan after reinstalling, or on a new phone, open the Family plan screen in the app and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. A subscription bought on a phone also covers the website when you sign in with the same SEN Patterns account.

Refunds

Refunds for a subscription bought in the app are decided by Apple or Google, so ask them.

Half price if you get benefits

If you get Universal Credit or another means-tested benefit, Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment, or Carer’s Allowance, a year of Family is half price. The price is shown on Plans in the app.

Email a photo or screenshot of a recent letter or statement. It only needs to show your name and the benefit, so cover anything else on it if you like. We check it, delete it, and keep only the date we checked. The half-price year does not renew by itself, and we remind you before it ends.

Your data

  • To download everything you have recorded, open Settings, then Backup and export. You get it as a data file (JSON) that another service can read. In the phone app you can also have a document to read or print, with your notes, logs and school days. Both are free on every plan.
  • To delete your account and everything in it, see delete your account.
  • How we handle your information is in the privacy notice.

Signing in

  • Forgotten your password? Choose “Forgotten password?” on the sign-in screen.
  • If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in with the same button again.
